Registration fees

Registration fees in € include access to the Conference Center, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday to Thursday, and  the Conference dinner.

Bursaries

The conference organizers propose up to 6 bursaries for waiving  the reduced student registration fee for certain participants. In order to be eligible the candidate should:

1. justify why the bursary is essential to be able to attend the conference (e.g. high financial cost for attending the conference, being part of an underrepresented community, living in a country without a strong presence of high-pressure technologies and research)
2. be enroled in a graduate studies program at a recognized university
3. submit an abstract for an oral presentation with high scientific standards

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the 15th of April 2026 specifying why the bursary is necessary for your participation in the conference. Do not forget to join the abstract you want to submit.  Note that the bursary does not cover the travel or hotel costs. The local committee will decide who will receive the bursaries and this will be communicated before the 25^th of April 2026. The awardees are required to register and submit their abstract before the reduced rate deadline of April 30th.

Cancellation policy

1. If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may be replaced, with the organizer's agreement, by another person from the same organization.

2. If a registered participant is unable to attend and cannot be replaced by another person from the same organization, the following refund provisions apply:

a. Registrations canceled before June 1st, 2026, will be refunded with a €75.00 deduction for administrative costs.
b. Registrations canceled on or after June 1st, 2026 will not be refunded.
c. Registration cancellations made after a visa has been denied are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative fee of €75.00 per registered participant. Requests for refunds must be received by us in writing (email or mail) no later than 10 (ten) business days before the start of the conference in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

Refund terms and conditions

a. For payments received by credit card, the same card will be credited (applicable within two months of payment only).
b. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the account beneficiary.
c. For payments received by bank transfer made outside France, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all associated bank charges will be borne by the beneficiary.
