Registration

Fill in the registation form and submit. You can register now and submit your abstract now or later using the link that you will receive after having registered or via the login form here below. Please check your email address with care and after registration your inbox and - eventually - the spam folder. 

Check the registration fees and the cancelation procedure here.  A limited number of bursaries is available. If you are retired you are eligible for the student fee. Please use the Student/PhD tickbox. 

If you apply for the early-bird fee - deadline 30/4/2026 - you need to complete the registration process including the credit card payment or the bank transfer order.  After that date you will be required to pay the standard fee even if you have applied for the early-bird fee. 

Abstract submission

Please use the congress template file. Do not change the font sizes, line spacings, margins, etc. One page maximum. Upload the .docx file using the upload button in the form. Note that for abstracts submitted before the 30th of April, 2026, along with a completed registration (payment included), acceptance will be decided before the 15th of May, 2026. Acceptance of abstracts submitted between the 1st of May, 2026, and the 15th of June, 2026,  will be notified by the 30th of June, 2026, at the latest. 

Oral presentations

Plenary lectures: 45 min +15 min Q/A
Invited lectures: 25 min + 5 min Q/A
Other lectures: 15 min +5 min Q/A

Bring your pdf or powerpoint presentation on a USB stick to the congress center and do not send it to the organizers. Please check with the staff at the abstract corner of the congress center at least three hours before your lecture starts your presentation. If it is not well displayed on the congress center video system, you'll have the chance to make the necessary modifications. It will not be possible to connect your own laptop to the video system.
